We are  a well-established Pharmaceutical Company with diversified scope in both manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceutical products, supplements, cosmetics and medical devices. We have +15 years of prominent existence in the local market and has almost 35 products marketed and more to come through the pipelines. We are seeking currently to hire a Business Lead as National Sales Manager responsible for designated portfolio all over Egypt as per the following details:

Job Grade: NSM Band
Location: HQ Cairo 

Responsibilities:
 Drive the designated franchise to agreed-upon business objectives
 Create, manage and implement an integrated franchise strategic plans in line with business ambition
 Develop business models to drive business innovation, and profitable growth
 Lead regular cross-divisional meetings and brainstorm sessions to ensure cross-divisional communication, coordination and prioritization
 Monitor key performance indicators to develop business intelligence and evaluate performance
 Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with Business Unit Management Team
 Work with the sales teams to develop sales plans
 Responsible for employee development, accountability & corrective action programs
 Coaching coaches (First Line Sales Managers)

Requirements:

 Minimum two years in either or both Second Line People management
 Proven track record of achievements
 Ability to lead and foster a highly collaborative team
 Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
 Demonstrate persistence and motivates team members
 Professional planning and organization skills
 Possess an ability to influence and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders across all levels
 Excellent presence in presentation situations
 IT literate especially MS-office
