DISTRICT SUPERVISOR-(WESTERN & SOUHTERN REGION) KSA.

Job Description

-Develop and directs the implementation of goals, objectives for the Western & Southern area of Saudi Arabia.

-Supervise operations within the District, which include coaching, Med Rep development and performance management.

-Develop and implements sales plan for the territory.

-Work in the field with all members of Western & Southern region to coach and counsel on the improvement of selling skills, product knowledge and capabilities needed for successful representative development.

Education:

-A Pharmacy graduate or health-related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience at the same position in a reputable pharmaceutical/ Nuetraceutical company.

Previous experience and full knowledge of Hospitals, Polyclinics, Chain pharmacies and wholesalers is a must.

Experience in food supplements is an added value.

Skills:

Leadership skills, problem-solving skills, planning and organising skills, strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
