Duties

• Maximizing sales and profitability.
• Providing your team with supportive environment.
• Driving team performance.
• Monitoring the training and development of your staff.
• Monitoring the potentiality of each area according to products’ affinity,
• Revising doctors’ list in each territory as well as their classification.
• Revising institutional business activities across the assigned area.
• Managing the implication of marketing strategy settled by the marketing department, per product per specialty per territory.
• Setting the priorities in field force activities per specialty.
• Reviews the monthly sales strategy for the assigned team.
• Reporting activities, core behaviors, sales results and field activities feedback.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor Degree in microbiology or Vet.
• Max Age 35 years
• Area : Grad Cairo
• Males preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience as a District Manager in medical field.
• Leadership – Time management – Enthusiastic candidates
